Steve was a retired Fire Captain from Edmonton Airports and has upwards of 25 years of experience as an airport firefighter and officer. Here are some other facts about Steve.
- Was a structural firefighter and fire officer for 15 years
- Trained to the level of NFPA 1001 and 1003 and EMR for 16 years
- Steve worked on developing various special projects at the Edmonton Airport fire department and training centre over the years
- Steve developed an “aircraft fire training for the structural firefighter” course that is used by MAFT Canada
